Intro Ninja & Parkour (5-6 yrs)

A fun way to gain strength, coordination, flexibility, and build overall athleticism naturally, without focusing on any one specific sport. This class builds confidence, targets all major muscle groups, and encourages a positive attitude towards overall fitness and well-being. Children are taught how to move, swing, vault, and jump through challenging obstacles courses to test speed, strength, and agility.

Beginner Ninja & Parkour (7-9 yrs)

Designed to inspire and challenge, our beginner/intermediate ninja class introduces exciting obstacles such as the quad steps, warp wall, rope swing, and more. With our expert coaches leading the way, athletes will increase their balance, strength, and agility while having a blast.
