Starfish 1 (6-18 months)

Note: There will be no classes on July 4th and July 5th. The perfect introduction to the water using swim specific songs, games and exercises that enhance your baby's water comfort. With our core of safety at the forefront, babies will discover how to safely exit and enter the water and how to navigate submerging under the water. Swimmers are helped to begin exploring the water on their own while also working with the attachment of a grown up in the water. We emphasize a variety of water safety skills such as rollovers, pop ins, treading and more. Individual class sessions will be grouped by age. Parent or Caregiver participation is required.
Intro to Sea Pups (24-36 months)

A transitional hybrid class from caregiver-assisted to independent swimming. Divided into three phases, caregivers initially join in the water, then gradually step back as swimmers gain confidence. Focuses on floating, rolling, and submerging. Caregiver participation required. 3:1 ratio.

Sea Pups (2.5-4 yrs)

Note: There will be no classes on July 4th and July 5th. In the first level of our independent swim program, swimmers will learn to master our three water safety components: floating, treading water, and swimming back to the platform safely. Swimmers will also be introduced to freestyle and backstroke techniques. Classes are grouped by age and are 30 minutes. 3:1 or 4:1 student-to-teacher ratio based on age.
