Adult game time instructional hockey sessions are designed to help adults of all ages and skill levels learn the game of hockey.
These sessions include understanding and practicing the rules and strategies of the game through structured practices and controlled scrimmages to improve game play. Coaches focus on developing teamwork skills and communication on the ice in conjunction with individual skills such as puck handling, shooting, and positioning. These sessions are co-ed and a great way for adults to learn and enjoy the sport of hockey.
