Aspire Intro to Figure Skating

Our Youth Skating School offers top-notch instruction for kids from beginner to advanced levels, using the Learn-To-Skate USA curriculum.
Prepare for the world of figure skating with our progressive Aspire program! Designed to cultivate essential skills for smooth transitions into figure skating, each level builds upon the last, creating a strong foundation. From basic skating skills to advanced jumps and spins, our positive and interactive group classes ensure skaters learn with joy and encouragement. In Aspire 1, master the waltz jump, half flip, half lutz, and more. Aspire 2 introduces single salchow, toe loop, and intricate jump combinations, along with spins like the back upright and forward sit spins.

Cyclones Development

Players learn hockey skill building to get ready for league level play in a fun and positive learning environment.
The Cyclones Hockey Development Program is perfect for players who aren't quite ready for travel-level league play. This development program introduces young athletes to hockey's fundamental skills. With a focus on fun and positivity, our curriculum features skill-intensive drills customized to each player's level. On Saturdays, players are divided into small age/skill-appropriate group sessions led by dedicated coaches, where they'll work on developing game-level experience and preparing for the Cyclones travel program.

Saturday Subscription Freestyle

Saturday Subscription sessions are geared toward skaters who are seeking private lessons and practice ice to take their skating to the next level. Includes both youth and adult skaters.
Subscription-based freestyle sessions for youth and adult figure skaters level Basic 5 or Adult 5 and above who are looking for private lessons and practice ice to take their skating to the next level. These sessions are combined with lower through higher level skaters.

Youth Figure Skating Off-ice

Off-ice training offered to skaters beginning at the Pre–Free Skate level.
Coach Heather's off ice class primarily focuses on isolating body movements to achieve correct spin positions, jumping technique for single jumps through axel/doubles, and choreography. We will also spend time on cardio, strength training and proper stretching technique with basic yoga positions for post on-ice recovery.

Adult Aspire Class

Our Adult Skating School caters to all levels, from novices to experienced skaters, with classes based on the learn-to-skate USA curriculum.
Prepare for figure skating with our Aspire Adult Skating Classes! These classes focus on building a strong foundation of skills needed for a smooth transition into figure skating. In a positive and interactive group format, instructors emphasize quality and mastery of skills. Choose from Adult Beginner, High Beginner, Pre-Bronze, and Bronze levels, each tailored to your skill level and goals. Whether you're learning jumps, spins, or step sequences, we'll help you progress and reach your skating aspirations. Class Breakdown: 7:00pm-7:20pm Warm-up, 7:20pm-7:50pm Group Class, 7:50pm-8:20pm Free Skate. This class includes an Off-Ice Class at 6:20pm to 6:50pm in the Ballet Studio.
