For our older independent swimmers, we offer a progressive series of classes where stroke techniques are introduced and honed in freestyle, backstroke, breast stroke and butterfly. Swimmers must have a complete freestyle and backstroke in order to join Stroke Development.

Whether your child is a Giants or Jets fan, our coed Flag Football program is the perfect way to channel their passion for the game! This developmental program pushes players to build core football skills in a fast-paced, non-contact format that emphasizes strategy, agility, and precision. Coaches lead engaging drills and small-sided games that focus on passing, catching, running routes, and defensive positioning. Classes are divided into age-appropriate groups to ensure balanced teams and a positive experience.
